As a Staff Product Manager in our TAM Alliance, you will lead key strategic product initiatives that support the growth and evolution of HelloFresh’s newest brands, such as our vitamins and supplement brand Factor Form, and explore emerging growth channels and tactics. This high-impact role will focus on enabling experimentation, validating hypotheses efficiently, and driving scalable growth through innovative approaches while building customer-centric digital experiences.

You will be a senior individual contributor with wide-ranging scope and influence, responsible for shaping long-term product vision, setting strategic roadmaps, and owning end-to-end delivery of impactful features across our digital product. With a strong foundation in eCommerce and ideally experience in B2B channels, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, product analytics, business and marketing to explore what’s next for HelloFresh’s fastest-growing portfolio.

This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role ideal for a creative and seasoned product leader who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and makes decisions rooted in experimentation and data. You'll help HelloFresh push boundaries, test bold hypotheses, and unlock the next wave of customer and business value.

  • Define and drive the long-term vision and strategy for HelloFresh’s emerging brands and experimental growth channels, such as Factor Form.
  • Build and prioritize a roadmap that supports customer-centric innovation, leveraging a structured framework to validate new opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, analytics, and growth to deliver high-impact features and scalable product solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of target customer segments, using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions.
  • Identify, test, and scale new growth tactics and digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial stakeholders, brand leaders, and senior leadership to align product strategy with business goals.
  • Mentor other PMsand elevate the product craft through informal leadership and cross-team collaboration.
  • Operate as a connector across teams, ensuring strategic alignment and cross-functional momentum behind your initiatives.

  • Proven track record (8+ years) in product management with a focus on eCommerce and growth innovation.
  • Experience in experimentation techniques, hypothesis-driven development, and rapid iteration.
  • Strong product sense and creative thinking — able to spot opportunities that others might overlook.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — you know how to bring diverse teams together and drive alignment.
  • A proven ability to lead in ambiguity, navigating uncertainty with focus and creativity. You turn open questions into actionable roadmaps and inspire others to follow.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives with high strategic value and deliver results.
  • Data-driven decision maker with solid analytical skills; comfortable working with metrics, A/B tests, and customer research.
  • Strong technical understanding; comfortable working closely with engineers and understanding backend platform implications.
  • A passion for building innovative products that make a measurable impact on customer experience and business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with B2B channels or experience in building products that serve multiple customer types is a plus.
