The Appointment Operations Coordinator is responsible for the process and operations behind the appointment based personalized shopping experience for each of our customers at our SSENSE boutique. The candidate will deliver on accuracy, speed and efficiency of the appointment inventory on a daily basis. The candidate will ensure flawless execution through quickly communicating and addressing issues to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
