About Our Client

Job Description
- Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, safety standards, and timelines.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site personnel to achieve project goals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety documentation.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations throughout all stages of construction.
- Lead by example to foster a safe and productive work environment on-site.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to keep projects on track and within budget.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Sr. Site Superintendent should have:
- A strong background in ICI construction management, with extensive on-site experience.
- Proven leadership skills to effectively manage teams and subcontractors.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and local building codes in Toronto.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address challenges in real-time.
