About Our Client

Our client is a well-established General Contractor operating in the GTA. They are a medium-sized organization with a reputation for delivering ICI projects efficiently and effectively.

Job Description
  • Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, safety standards, and timelines.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site personnel to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations throughout all stages of construction.
  • Lead by example to foster a safe and productive work environment on-site.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to keep projects on track and within budget.
