About the Opportunity:

Legacy Career Solutions has partnered with a confidential commercial contractor in the Inland Empire that is actively seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead grocery and retail construction projects. This position plays a critical role in managing crews, maintaining service contracts, and ensuring project quality across remodels, maintenance, and emergency response work for large grocery chains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee active service and remodel projects in grocery and retail environments
  • Supervise and align field technicians, forepersons, and subcontractors
  • Conduct job walks, generate quotes, and manage client expectations
  • Ensure project timelines, profitability, and quality standards are met
  • Monitor time tracking systems, project schedules, and invoicing
  • Respond to jobsite emergencies and provide real-time leadership
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety protocols
  • Collaborate across departments and mentor junior staff

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years in commercial construction management
  • 3+ years in grocery/restaurant remodels, facilities service, or store maintenance
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing field crews and trade techs
  • Proficient in blueprint reading, project scheduling, and job costing
  • Ability to work hands-on when needed and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Valid driver's license with clean record
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
