Responsibilities
  • Qualifies, pursues, and closes opportunities for Commercial customers from the following sources:
  • Proactive outreach to high-potential accounts
  • Inbound requests from current Commercial Customers
  • SQLs from Inside Lead Gen
  • Develops strategy for list of customers, seeking to revitalize dormant relationships / accounts and uncover accounts with significant upside potential
  • Leverages overlay product specialists as needed to unlock expansion opportunities
  • Monitors customer market spend and relationship with Lennox, identifying high-potential accounts for promotion to District segment
  • Coordinates with Territory Manager to ensure smooth handoff of customers graduating from Inside to Field coverage
  • Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Candidates must be fluent in French and English
Qualifications
  • Experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of inside sales experience
  • Education
  • Bachelors degree (Business or Sales / Marketing) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills
  • Has basic user knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Experience with call automation tools
  • Salesloft, Outreach, Groove, etc)
  • Experience with tools leveraged by Lennox team a plus
  • C4C, Qlik, SAP, FPX, HubSpot, etc)
  • Some knowledge of principles and methods of showing, promoting and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control systems
  • Knows some principles and processes for providing customer service
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced presentation skills
  • Strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.

This position offers a base salary and a commission-based plus bonus incentive plan. The total target compensation range for this role is $94 to $120k (65% base salary plus 35% commission assuming attainment at plan) and also qualifies for additional business objectives incentives. Compensation is based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and education. This a new role with one open position. This position is a remote location to the Quebec and St Laurent area.
