About the Company

Our client is a private international manufacturing company, is looking to hire an ERP Business Analyst for a full time hybrid position in East Toronto.

About the Opportunity

• The company is going through an ERP consolidation project
• We are looking for a Sr Business Analyst with strong ERP (for Manufacturing) implementation experience, specifically requirements gathering, process improvement/documentation, UAT for all modules in the Order to Cash processes.
• This is a very much business user facing role, this role will not be hands-on with ERP configuration.
• Experience with Materials Management, Sales & Order Management, Financial Management, Production Management, Supply Chain Management processes is needed.

About You

• Experience with full cycle ERP implementations (Order to Cash), experience with INFOR is a plus
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Very good business user‑facing experience (requirements gathering, process documentation, UAT, integrations, etc)
• Ability to commute to East Toronto office 3 times per week
• Very good communication skills
