LHH is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Compensation Analyst to join our client's team in Ontario, California. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You will work closely with senior leadership and HR to ensure our compensation practices are competitive and aligned with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead market research and analysis to determine competitive compensation rates.
  • Develop and maintain advanced salary structures, job classifications, and compensation policies.
  • Analyze complex compensation data and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and HR to design and implement strategic incentive programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to HR and senior management on compensation-related matters.
  • Mentor and develop junior compensation analysts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
