Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams across Business Intelligence, Cognos, Reporting & Analytics, and Data Science functions to deliver high-impact analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data-driven strategies, reporting needs, and advanced analytics use cases.
• Oversee development and maintenance of dashboards, operational and executive reports, and self-service BI tools to support decision-making.
• Guide the design and deployment of predictive and statistical models that address business challenges and uncover growth opportunities.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and consistency across reporting and analytical outputs.
• Drive adoption of analytics solutions across business units and foster a data-driven culture.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and coordination across teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
