Sr. Cell Therapy Account Manager (CTAM) – Quebec East

The Role

We are seeking a qualified, highly motivated individual for the permanent position of Sr. Cell Therapy Account Manager (CTAM) based in Quebec City. The CTAM will drive differentiation of Kite products and partner with internal and external stakeholders to build the footprint of CAR T delivery centres within the territory. You will ensure effective execution of referral strategy to support community oncology/hematology centers to refer appropriate patients for CAR T.

As a core member of the National CTAM and Cross‑Functional Territory team, this role is responsible for achieving commercial objectives through excellence in account plan execution and industry‑leading customer relationship management and support. Travel is required, including air and overnight travel.

How you will help to ‘Create Possible’
  • Accountable for territory customer facing commercial efforts and responsible for achieving all product, market and expense targets
  • Develop and maintain clinical expertise in hematology and immunology, including Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma disease and treatment, stem cell transplantation, and cell therapy patient pathways
  • Develop and initiate strategies that create new business and support onboarding, qualification, and efficiencies of treatment centers to ensure successful and safe delivery of CAR T‑cell therapy
  • Coordinate market data and field insights with the Cross‑Functional territory team to inform account plans and tactical execution
  • Lead the development and execution of cross functional account plans with clear goals, tactics, accountabilities, and measurement
  • Refine effective referral strategies enabling community oncology/hematology centers to refer appropriate patients to CAR T centers
  • Establish strong relationships with key opinion leaders and key accounts to ensure exceptional service delivery and responsiveness
  • Organize HCP learning activities or scientific exchanges when learning needs are identified
  • Provide support at professional meetings, including staffing exhibits and facilitating meetings with Therapeutic Leads
  • Represent Kite at national and international conferences and exhibitions
  • Provide timely feedback to management regarding account business trends, changes in the therapeutic landscape, industry issues and opportunities
  • Maintain productive cross‑functional working relationships across the organization
  • Operate in compliance with all Canadian laws, regulations and policies governing cell therapy activities
Knowledge, Experience and Skills
  • 5+ years of hematology/oncology experience or other relevant specialty experience
  • Proven track record of high performance and a can‑do attitude
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to provide exceptional customer support across stakeholders
  • Demonstrated initiative and willingness to work hands‑on in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strategic understanding of the hematology/oncology market
  • Commitment to be a contributing member of a high performing team
  • Experience with products/therapies that require complex customer delivery, including logistics management
  • Ability to work with field and internal cross‑functional partners
  • Strong business acumen and ability to evaluate and apply data to inform decisions
  • Experience managing and executing in large accounts, including strategic planning and problem solving
  • Launch experience within hospital or specialty segment
  • Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Excellent organizational, time management, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills with internal and external stakeholders
