Skills and Responsibilities

• Minimum of good years of experience in a Combined Senior Business Analyst and Solution-Integration Architect role.
• Experience in any of the following will be considered an asset 5G, Salesforce, ServiceNow, webMethods, IFS, IQGeo (Geospatial Software Solution), and Telecommunications Network Planning Applications, relevant within the good years.
• Demonstrated experience in business process re-engineering to help simplify, automate, integrate, and optimize business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to develop and or modify systems and applications that meet business requirements.
• Elicit and interpret business and technical information into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to deal effectively with (a) others, (b) ambiguity, (c) conflict resolution, and (d) diplomacy.
• Ability to analyze and identify potential short long-term risks that may cause technical issues and impede business operations in the future.
• Experience designing complex systems with multiple integrations.
• Knowledge includes enterprise architecture, systems architecture, integration architecture and data architecture.
• Expert at facilitating stakeholder sessions and client interviews and presenting materials to all levels of the organization to gain alignment of project outcomes.
• Proven ability to assist the business in clearly articulating and defining the scope of a project. Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while managing project and client expectations.
• Minimum of good years of North American telecom experience preferred (Wireline, Wireless, Converged).
