A public health organization is seeking a Supervisor, Pharmacy Benefits Management to lead the operational and clinical oversight of pharmacy benefits. This role requires a licensed pharmacist with a PharmD degree and a minimum of five years of experience, including supervisory experience. The Supervisor, PBM, is responsible for the operational oversight and clinical administration of the organization’s pharmacy benefits program. This role provides leadership to the PBM team as well as the non‑pharmacy Payment Services Triage team, ensures compliance with third‑party pharmacy administration contracts, and offers expert clinical guidance to internal and external stakeholders. The Supervisor plays a key role in optimizing pharmacy benefit processes, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring cost‑effective, evidence‑based medication management.
How you’ll make a difference: You’ll help ensure health care services for injured workers are delivered effectively, and you’ll support the external health care providers who provide those services.

Salary: $48.46 – $61.09 hourly
