Job Summary

The Sport Instructor is a hands‑on position that leads athletes and provides expert instruction in their designated sport, delivering the i9 Sports Experience and fostering a positive youth sports culture on the field.

Responsibilities
  • Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
  • Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values.
  • Communicate game‑day information to players and parents via established platforms.
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer‑service skills.
Qualifications
  • Sport‑specific coaching experience and knowledge.
  • Highly motivated self‑starter capable of working independently.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings, for the full duration of the season (~7 weeks).
Compensation

$17.00 per hour
