Fuze Logistics Services est un prestataire logistique 3PL de nouvelle génération dont le siège social est situé à Montréal et qui possède des bureaux partout en Amérique du Nord. Il tire parti de technologies de pointe et de plusieurs décennies d’expertise dans le secteur pour faciliter le transport de marchandises à l’échelle mondiale.

Fuze Logistics Services est à la recherche d'un spécialiste en logistique intermodale pour rejoindre son équipe à Montréal.

Le candidat retenu contribuera et sera chargé de soutenir les équipes commerciales et opérationnelles afin de garantir la satisfaction des clients. Résumé du poste :

• Données d’entrée des expéditions dans le logiciel.
• Suivi et traçabilité des expéditions afin de garantir le bon déroulement des opérations.
• Collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe interne afin de garantir la satisfaction des clients.
• Réponse aux demandes des clients, avec un délai d'exécution rapide.
• Médiation avec les transporteurs afin de résoudre tout problème logistique.
• Préparer et fournir des rapports de suivi quotidiens selon les besoins.
• Mettre à jour les informations sur le statut en temps opportun ; documenter les performances du service et le suivi des équipements.
• Communiquer de manière proactive les problèmes à l'équipe.
• Résoudre avec assurance les problèmes tels que les enlèvements manqués, les retards de livraison, les marchandises endommagées ou les factures incorrectes.
• Vérifier que les taux AP/AR sont exacts dans les chargements et gérer les exceptions avec ce processus.>
• Exécuter toute autre tâche liée à la logistique assignée par le responsable direct.

Qualifications :

• Au moins deux ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans un environnement 3PL.
• Excellente compréhension du marché intermodal.
• Expérience et communication régulières avec les portails CN/CP (obligatoire).
• Maîtrise des systèmes informatiques, notamment Microsoft Office PC Miller et TMW.
• Capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front et à travailler efficacement dans le respect des délais.
• Capacité à suivre les procédures opérationnelles standard avec peu ou pas de supervision.
• Bilinguisme courant en français et en anglais.

Fuze Logistics Services is seeking an Intermodal Logistics Specialist to join our team in Montreal.

The successful candidate will contribute to and be responsible for supporting the sales and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and customer-oriented candidate, who is looking to become a part of a growing team!

Job Summary :

• Data entry of shipment in the software.
• Track & Trace shipment to ensure the well conduct of the operation.
• Work in tandem with the internal team members to ensure client satisfaction.
• Respond to customer enquiries, providing quick turnaround.
• Mediate with carriers to resolve any logistical issues.
• Prepare and provide daily tracing reports as required.
• Timely status information updates; documenting service performance and equipment tracking.
• Proactively communicate issues to the team.
• Confidently problem solve issues such as a missed pick-up, late delivery, damaged freight or incorrect billing.
• Verify both AP/AR rates are accurate in loads and manage exceptions with this process.
• Execute any other logistics related tasks as assigned by the direct Manager.

• Excellent understanding of the intermodal market.
• Worked and communicated with CN/CP Portals regularly (must have).
• Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft office PC Miller and TMW.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under deadlines.
• Ability to follow standard operation procedures with little or no oversight.
• Fluently bilingual in both French and English.
