What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Coordinate and manage all aspects required to obtain prescription drug coverage for patients
- Work with insurance companies, physician offices, and healthcare professionals to maximize reimbursement solutions
- Handle documents, submissions, and related paperwork for insurance and funding programs
- Implement Financial Means Test to enhance patient prescription drug coverage
- Report all adverse events to the appropriate departments
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service within an office setting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingualism in French and English is required

- Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Proven ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- Experience with presentation skills and public speaking
