Position Description

We are looking for a highly driven Payroll Specialist to oversee end‑to‑end payroll processes for our U.S. entities, while supporting selected international subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input, audit, and process U.S. payroll for multiple subsidiaries with varying levels of complexity
  • Support payroll implementation of new acquisitions
  • Resolve payroll inquiries and serve as the primary escalation point
  • Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Finance for payroll transitions and data migrations
  • Participate in year‑end close activities, audits, and remittance to U.S. state authorities
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state payroll regulations
  • Contribute to process improvements and identify best practices
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management and finance teams
  • Lead and participate in special projects and ad‑hoc initiatives
Required / Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of U.S. payroll experience
  • Strong knowledge of payroll tax, state and federal labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Description du poste

Nous recherchons un spécialiste de la paie motivé et autonome pour gérer l’ensemble des processus de paie de nos entités américaines.

Responsabilités principales
  • Saisir, vérifier et traiter la paie américaine pour plusieurs filiales aux structures variées
  • Soutenir l’intégration de la paie lors de nouvelles acquisitions
  • Résoudre les demandes liées à la paie et agir en tant que point d’escalade principal
  • Collaborer avec les équipes RH, Opérations et Finance pour les transitions de paie
  • Participer aux clôtures de fin d’année, audits et remises aux autorités fiscales américaines
  • Garantir la conformité aux réglementations fédérales et étatiques américaines
  • Améliorer continuellement les processus et recommander des pratiques exemplaires
  • Préparer et distribuer les rapports de paie requis par la direction et la finance
  • Diriger ou participer à des projets spéciaux et initiatives ponctuelles
Qualifications requises / Minimaales
  • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en paie américaine
  • Solide connaissance des lois fiscales et du travail aux États-Unis
  • Grande rigueur et excellentes compétences organisationnelles
  • Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel
  • Très bon sens du service client
  • Expérience avec plusieurs plateformes et outils de paie
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en analyse
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe
  • Une expérience en paie internationale est un atout
