What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in subprime finance (dealership experience preferred).
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of success.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with dealership software is a plus).

Compensation & Schedule

• $80,000 - $150,000 annually (100% commission)
• Flexible rotating schedule - 6- and 4-day weekly schedule. Monday to Saturday one week, Monday to Thursday the following week - rotated.
