Job description

Summary

Provides a wide range of professional spa treatments to guests including full body massage, facials, skin care treatments and other spa services. Ensures guest satisfaction and maintains a high level of professionalism and customer service. We've both male and female clients for all services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including but not limited to :
• Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, hot stone massages
• Head & foot massage
• Facials (including cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, masks, and moisturization)
• Body wraps, scrubs, and treatments
• Other specialized treatments as required
• Laser hair removal experience is plus
• Consult with guests to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are clean, sanitized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of guest treatments and inventory.
• Adhere to all spa policies and procedures, including safety and hygiene standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, including greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Promote and sell spa products and services.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities.
• Assist with other spa duties as needed, such as reception, laundry, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Proven experience as a spa therapist

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
