Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and creative Sous Chef to join our culinary team. If you’re driven by quality, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and love to lead and inspire others, we’d love to meet you!

What you will be doing:
  • Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation in every dish.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Contribute to menu development and innovation, highlighting seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and cost control.
  • Support in scheduling, inventory management, and ordering supplies.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up in a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to quality, creativity, and guest satisfaction.
