What You\'ll Do

As key player within CRAFT, you will support our mission to make our team, our community, and our world, a better place one beer, one meal, one experience at a time. Being a part of this mission will include :

  • Ensure all inventory of food and equipment is accounted for and secured upon closing of kitchen.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to all cooks within the kitchen assisting with work, training, and development, including overview and updates on policies and procedures.
  • Create work schedules for all kitchen staff and assign work and duties accordingly.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings with front and back of house communicating upcoming functions for whole day, products that are out / short, and daily features.
  • Always maintain composure and professionalism, ensuring kitchen personnel are supported and prepared for peak hours.
  • Follow proper reporting procedures for accidents and incidents
  • Execute daily meal periods, build relationships with FOH counterparts
What You've Done
  • 2-3 years kitchen / restaurant experience
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Sous Chef, or comparable
