• 3+ years of experience in Solana dApp development
• Strong proficiency in Rust programming for smart contracts
• Expert experience in full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Node, Next.js)
• Deep familiarity with Solana-specific libraries and tools
• Experience in consulting with strong communication skills
• Ability to integrate Solana dApps with existing web2 systems
• Familiarity with major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Strong analytical skills for complex client problems
