Overview

As a Software Engineer, Backend, you will work primarily with Golang and MongoDB to design, build, and integrate League platform solutions for our customers and their patients/members. You will contribute to the product lifecycle, collaborate across teams, and drive ownership of deliverables with a focus on real impact for clients and patient health outcomes.

What You Will Do
  • Work on a cross-functional, solution-driven development team
  • Implement new products and integrations on the League platform
  • Simplify how we deliver solutions to clients
  • Engage and share ideas; contribute to continuous innovation and improvements
  • Lead technical design discussions and inform implementation priority
  • Uphold quality standards through code reviews, bug fixing, automated tests, and performance monitoring
  • Mentor engineers and uplift the skills of teammates
  • Align technical strategy with business goals; embody ownership, innovation, cooperation, and empathy for customers
