As a Social Worker (Temporary, Full-Time, effective December 1, 2025, to December 18, 2026; Location Sudbury), you are responsible for the provision of social work services to patients, in order to achieve optimum psychosocial functioning, prevent unnecessary deterioration, and promote patient independence.
