Work for a well-established local company! Penfolds Roofing has been providing Residential and Commercial roofing services in British Columbia since 1937. We are in need of experienced Roofing Service Technicians to assist with our roofing maintenance contracts throughout Greater Vancouver.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using materials such as TPO, EPDM, and built-up roofing.
• Inspect roofs for damage and recommend necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
• Perform all work in accordance with Occupational Health & Safety Regulations.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project scope and timelines.

The Ideal Candidate Would Have

• 1-2 years repair / roofing experience with flat, sloped, rubber, or metal roofing systems.
• Experience working on residential buildings.
• Prior experience working on commercial buildings considered an asset.
• Must be physically fit (able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs).
• Commitment to high standards for quality and excellence in all aspects of the job.
• Must be able to work safely outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year.
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License.
• Completion of or working towards a Roofing / Waterproofing Apprenticeship program considered a strong asset.
