Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Renovation Specialist with strong experience in residential renovations. The ideal candidate is a versatile tradesperson who can confidently handle multiple aspects of construction, from framing to finishing, while maintaining a clean, safe jobsite and working well with clients and team members. 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Execute renovation work including, but not limited to: framing, drywall, flooring, tiling, trim, doors, and general carpentry.
  • Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Work independently or as part of a crew to complete projects to company quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized jobsite, adhering to all safety procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Troubleshoot site challenges and adapt to changes in scope or schedule.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years’ hands-on renovation or construction experience.
  • Strong skills in multiple trades (e.g., carpentry, drywall, tiling, finishing).
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Work is at various sites across the Tri-City area.
  • Knowledge of Ontario Building Code and safety regulations is an asset.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
