Location : Brant Region Ontario

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

A residential builder with a strong pipeline of low-rise projects is seeking a Site Supervisor for a new development in the Brant Region. The initial phase includes a mix of townhomes and single-family homes with additional phases planned in the coming years.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations for low-rise residential construction
• Coordinate trades suppliers and site logistics
• Maintain schedule quality and safety standards
• Liaise with consultants inspectors and internal teams
• Oversee site from initial servicing through to occupancy

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in low-rise residential construction
• Demonstrated ability to manage townhomes and single-family homes
• Strong site coordination and leadership skills
• Sound knowledge of Ontario Building Code and construction safety standards
• Based in or near the Brant Region or open to relocation
