Manage the ServiceNow Discovery tool to automatically map IT assets and update the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) across all of the geographies where the bank operates. Key responsibilities include configuring discovery infrastructure, managing schedules and credentials, developing and maintaining discovery patterns for on‑premises and cloud resources, troubleshooting discovery issues, supporting CMDB data accuracy, and collaborating with internal BNS teams and external vendors to implement Discovery and other related tools. This role requires strong technical skills in networking, server administration, scripting, and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and the ServiceNow platform.
