Job summary

A leading automotive service provider in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a customer service representative to work on automotive repairs. The ideal candidate will have automotive knowledge and excellent customer service skills. This role involves developing estimates, conducting inspections, and maximizing sales. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in the automotive industry is required.
• Valid driver’s license is necessary.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays is important.

• Interpret inspection results and present results to customers.

Job description

At Midas, we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis, and repair utilizing the expertise attained through ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present estimates, source parts and sell jobs to customers
• Interpret inspection results (working with Technician) and present results to customers
• Deliver superior customer service while listening and consulting customers
• Contributing to the effectiveness of peers to promote success
• Increase and optimize retail sales and shop profitability, achieving or exceeding shop objectives and goals
• Maximize the safety and well-being of the shop employees and to be a good corporate citizen in the communities within which the shop operates

• 1 year experience in the automotive industry

• Valid driver’s license

Compensación: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
