GardaWorld is currently looking for a Senior Website Product Manager to join the Global Marketing Team.

Your Mission

As Senior Website Product Manager, you will own the vision, strategy, and continuous optimization of GardaWorld’s global websites portfolio—spanning multiple websites, including Garda.com, the company’s primary digital revenue driver. Reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing, you will ensure our websites deliver measurable business outcomes, including demand generation, brand leadership, and customer engagement.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for GardaWorld’s websites portfolio, aligning digital experience with growth, sales, and corporate objectives.
  • Act as the business owner for Garda.com and other sites, balancing strategic enhancements with operational excellence.
  • Drive continuous CRO (conversion rate optimization) programs to maximize pipeline contribution.
  • Oversee vendor/agency relationships and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of enhancements and new initiatives.
  • Translate executive priorities and sales objectives into clear digital strategies that improve prospect journeys and accelerate lead capture.
  • Govern consistency in design systems, content standards, and UX best practices across all websites.
  • Ensure website infrastructure is scalable, secure, and compliant with accessibility and SEO standards.
  • Partner with analytics, RevOps, and content teams to connect website performance directly to MQLs and pipeline.

Required Qualifications

  • 7 - 10 years experience in B2B website product management, digital strategy, or web operations (preferably multi-site).
  • Proven track record of owning high-revenue B2B websites and delivering measurable pipeline growth.
  • Strong expertise in CRO, SEO, UX/UI, and website analytics with hands-on experience in tools such as GA4, Ahrefs, HubSpot/SFDC integrations, CMS platforms (Drupal/WordPress), Asana.
  • Vendor and agency management experience required.
  • Strong executive communication skills—able to distill digital KPIs into business impact for leadership.
