Qualifications
About You
  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or professional accounting designation.
  • 7-10 years’ experience in Financial Services, preferably with direct exposure to Fund Accounting and/or Product Control and Operations environments.
  • 5-7 years’ of directly managing client relationships, existing, new & prospective.
  • 5-7 years’ experience managing a team, building and retaining organizational talent and leading organization and resource management activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to generate new client relationships and build networks.
  • Strategic thinker to make operational decisions and to navigate complexity.
  • Analytical mindset to assess quality and risks.
  • Motivation to drive for result.

Responsibilities
Your Role
  • You will maintain and enhance client relationships by monitoring and developing client service level agreements providing a full service/product offering.
  • Leverage existing client relationships to secure new business and assist in the offering of Citco’s products and services.
  • In partnership with the Marketing team and the Executive Management team, facilitate presentations to existing and prospective clients, including system demonstrations.
  • Identify new areas of growth by understanding the industry and regulatory environment while being sensitive to industry changes and business trends.
  • Liaise internally with key functional departmental RM’s to ensure awareness of all of key client requirements.
  • Visit clients regularly to evaluate service quality and identify client priorities.
  • In partnership with the internal departments, oversee the resolution of complex client issues.
  • Ensure strong emphasis on escalation and complaints management within the team and within individual departments.
  • Manage, train, and coach assigned team members in the successful implementation of their goals.
  • Review departmental procedures and policies and ensure adherence to these procedures.
  • Lead and initiate client conference calls.
  • Liaise with clients regarding reporting requirements and deadlines, ensuring delivery in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure continuous risk assessment of current and potential new funds under administration.
  • Identify issues/concerns and recommend company-wide solutions for any/all high risk projects.
  • Manage and oversee staffing requirements.
  • Ensure fluid execution and strategy for work forecasting and allocation.
  • Actively manage operational risk – monthly reporting on status reports and key development issues to external clients and executive management team.
  • Actively participate in departmental and company-wide projects.
