The firm operates across Western and Northern Canada, with multiple strategically located offices serving regional and national clients. My client is looking for a Senior Vegetation Ecologist who can take ownership of vegetation and wetland programs across diverse projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leading from the front—mentoring teams, managing projects, and building strong client relationships—while delivering measurable results in vegetation ecology, ecosystem mapping, and environmental assessment.
Remote / WFH / Hybrid: 100% remote or hybrid within any western regional offices.
Travel: 5%
Salary: $85k - $145k DOE, plus health benefits, RRSP matching, annual performance bonuses and annual profit-sharing bonuses (The final salary will reflect the qualifications, relevant experience, expertise, and professional designations that each candidate brings to the role. Individuals who offer additional strengths or bring exceptional value to the team will be considered for compensation beyond the stated range, as our client recognizes and rewards unique contributions.)
