Job summary

A leading mining company located in Northeastern Ontario is looking for a Truck & Coach Technician. The successful candidate will ensure optimal equipment availability by servicing and repairing heavy-duty trucks and coaches. This role requires a Red Seal certification and a minimum of five years’ experience working on heavy-duty vehicles. Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience working on heavy-duty trucks and coaches, preferably in a mining or industrial setting.
• Focused and self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience working at a remote work site is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all heavy-duty trucks and coach equipment in a reliable and safe operating condition.
• Conduct equipment testing, reporting deficiencies, timely inspections.
• Liaise with maintenance planning group to maintain inventory of parts.
