Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst.


• Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and BA documentation (e.g., user cases, process flow diagrams, SSI).


• Understanding of banking products, especially in lending (mortgages, lines of credit, etc.).


• Experience working in agile environments and delivering within sprint cycles.


• Prior experience leading large-scale projects.


• Experience working within a pod-based delivery model.


• Proficiency in SQL and technical analysis.
