Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant tax experience, especially in leading tax operations.
• Proven experience in transfer pricing, particularly Cost Sharing Agreements.
• Knowledge of Canadian SR&ED credits and U.S. Section 174 R&D tax regulations.
