Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

As a Senior SDET at Moneris, you will lead the development of testing tools, quality gates, and reporting systems to enhance software quality across teams. You will integrate automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines, improve test toolchains, and lead quality engineering initiatives.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a hybrid model.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Senior Manager, Quality Assurance

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
  • Design and implement advanced test automation frameworks.

  • Be a subject matter expert, driving adoption of testing tools and best practices.

  • Develop and optimize automated quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.

  • Create strategies and reporting mechanisms to track main quality metrics.

  • Implement scalable performance testing solutions.

  • Partner with development teams to integrate automated testing.

  • Improve testing methodologies and automation frameworks.

  • Provide technical mentorship to other SDETs.

  • Lead the selection, maintenance, and scaling of test infrastructure.

  • Lead efforts in defect prevention, risk assessment, and test strategy optimization.
