Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certifications: CIS-ITOM or CIS-ITAM.
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and REST/SOAP Web Services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and tailor ServiceNow applications for new and existing deployments.
• Set up functional data, Notifications, and Service Level Agreements.
• Conduct design, development, unit testing, and troubleshoot system testing.
