A recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Scrum Master in Fredericton, Canada, to lead Agile transformation initiatives. This role involves coaching teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and driving organizational change. Candidates must have at least three years of experience and relevant Scrum Master certification. The position is a 12-month contract, ideal for someone passionate about enhancing Agile practices within enterprise environments.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master located in New Brunswick, Canada, to lead Agile transformation initiatives within a large enterprise environment. The successful candidate will guide cross-functional teams in adopting the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) supported by Azure DevOps, while also working with enterprise applications such as BMC Helix and Clarity. This role requires a proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on SAFe principles, support Product Owners, remove impediments, and foster continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of recent experience as a Senior Scrum Master, including supporting government or service delivery agencies, driving organizational change from traditional project-centric to Agile / DevOps approaches, and building high-performing, self-managing teams. A current Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, RSM, or SAFe SSM) is required. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled leader to make a lasting impact on Agile adoption and team performance.
