Position

Title: Sr. Sales Manager, Canada

Department: Sales

Work Location: Ontario, Canada (Hybrid with in-office collaboration 3 days per week)

6700 Century Avenue, Mississauga, Canada

Hybrid Schedule: We support a flexible hybrid model to promote collaboration and productivity. Typical in-office days are Tuesday–Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Hybrid eligibility and schedules may vary by role, business needs, and manager expectations.

What you will be doing
  • Own specific customer and/or sales rep relationships. Select and manage sales reps in assigned channels. Contribute to and execute sales strategy, strategic planning, and achieve specific sales and contribution goals. Collaborate with product, marketing, and supply chain teams.
  • Execute customer-specific strategies aligned with Sr. Director/Director guidance. Identify customer needs, ask the right questions, and surface roadblocks.
  • Set measurable goals and objectives to track customer strategies defined by the Sr. Director or Director of Sales. Be relentless in pursuing success and identify obstacles to customer success.
  • Understand the customer’s processes, timelines, portals, and unique characteristics. Propose and implement internal workflow changes to service customer needs (forms, portals, line reviews).
  • Apply creativity and problem-solving to customer issues using research, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and sound decision-making. Leverage the Business Unit as a resource for insights on hurdles and new product launches.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years in Sales experience
