A leading Canadian development financial institution seeks a Senior/Lead Risk Management Officer to join its dynamic team. This role involves reviewing transactions across various sectors and geographies while developing risk management strategies. Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in financing and equity transactions (Level 19).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financing and equity transactions (Level 20).
  • International experience in emerging markets focused on Latin America, the Caribbean, Indo-Pacific, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
  • Experience in risk management functions.

Responsibilities

  • Review transactions for various product types and sectors.
  • Support credit risk management strategies and processes.
  • Lead comprehensive risk assessments and credit surveillance.
  • Prepare transaction authorization summaries and recommendations.
  • Analyze market trends and economic factors.
