Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Retail POS Partnerships Project Manager to join our Partnerships team in North America. You will be at the center of Lightspeed’s growing Retail App Store ecosystem. You’ll lead integration onboarding, enhance the developer experience, and collaborate closely with partners to ensure best-in-class integrations that drive business impact. You’ll act as the bridge between technical teams, product, and partnerships—ensuring we continue to scale strategically with high quality. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation, experience in SaaS or retail tech, and a passion for enabling partner success through scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain the App Store integration and developer experience roadmap in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Partner teams.
  • Manage the onboarding lifecycle for new integration partners from exploration to deployment.
  • Lead technical conversations with partners to scope and support integration development.
  • Ensure integration quality by validating UX, technical fit, and performance prior to go-live.
  • Act as a technical point of escalation for partner issues not resolved by API Support.
  • Maintain up-to-date guides, documentation, and best practices for integration partners.
  • Monitor and reduce developer friction by improving the Developer Experience and lowering support volume.
  • Support Partner Managers with product / technical insights and collaboration during GTM planning.
  • Track partner pipelines and manage project workflows for timely delivery.
Requirements
  • 4–7+ years of experience in Product Management, Solution Architecture, Partnerships, or Technical Program Management within a SaaS or retail tech environment.
  • Strong technical background with experience working on or alongside product and engineering teams.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, and experience in integration design or support.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with App Store or Developer Portal strategy is a plus.
  • As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.
