Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Real Estate Specialist on a permanent basis on our Facility Design & Development team. This position can be a remote opportunity and can be based across Western Canada.
Are you someone who makes timely and informed decisions? We are looking to add to our Real Estate & Development team with someone who has property management experience and is interested in the potential to grow into a team while supporting the whole Co-operative Retailing System (CRS).
You will work closely with local Co-ops, other FCL Business Units and the Facilities Design & Development team. You will have a direct report and will report into the Senior Manager, Real Estate & Development and be part of a team that is results driven and strives to cultivate a culture of accountability and collaboration.
We help local Co-ops grow and thrive by offering a range of professional services, including marketing, market research, information technology, human resources, accounting, risk management and business development.
