Overview

Senior Program Manager to drive strategic execution of a Digital Transformation including a combination of COTS and Custom Application projects. This is primarily a remote role, with onsite meetings in Edmonton or Calgary as needed (potentially weekly; local candidates are strongly preferred).

Must Haves

• 8+ years as a Program Manager overseeing multiple streams within a Digital Transformation program with up to 5-10 SDLC projects concurrently
• Skilled in identifying and managing dependencies both within and outside program scope
• Experience assessing best delivery models for projects with a broad range of experience leading agile, hybrid and waterfall projects concurrently
• Extensive cross functional stakeholder management experience, including C-suite reporting and collaboration

Nice to Have

• Experience driving customer facing solutions to improve customer journey and digital experience
