A leading home goods retailer in Toronto is seeking an experienced Product Manager to enhance product discovery experiences. This role involves collaborating with diverse teams to drive roadmaps and deliver engaging user experiences in a hybrid environment. Ideal candidates will have over 6 years of product management experience, emphasizing customer-first approaches and excellent communication skills. An Important Note about Wayfair\'s In-Office Policy and Salary: Please note that this is a hybrid role based in Toronto, and will require you to work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
The salary range for this position is $193,853 - $207,699 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted stock units will be provided as part of the compensation package.

The PLP & Navigation team owns all front-end experiences associated with Product Listing Pages (PLP) & Navigation across all Wayfair LLC stores & geos. We are responsible for building and optimizing the critical surfaces where customers discover, browse, and evaluate Wayfair\'s vast catalog of products. This includes the end-to-end PLP experience—from product grid pages, brand pages & category browsing—to navigation elements that guide customers seamlessly through our site like search, top navigation and site-wide headers/footers. Our mission is to deliver scalable, intuitive, and value-driven shopping experiences that help customers find what they love quickly & confidently, while empowering internal teams to continuously innovate & enhance how Wayfair showcases its selection across global markets.
