We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Core pillar, focused on expanding the capabilities of our Enterprise Asset Management solution. This role involves shaping strategy to evolve a product area into a differentiator in the Enterprise market, including work execution platform, asset lifecycle management, inventory management, and reporting & analytics to support larger and more complex organizations.

What you\'ll do

• Leverage data, user research and competitive/market analysis to shape the strategy for the Enterprise Product pillar and become an expert in your domain.
• Execute on a mix of large innovations and smaller quality-of-life improvements to enhance the product and support the sales team in closing Fortune 5000 companies.
• Work closely with the sales team to directly help close large deals, while staying aligned to the product vision.
• Inspire and motivate a team of designers and engineers to achieve ambitious outcomes.
• Define success metrics to measure and evaluate the impact of product efforts.

About you

• 4 to 6+ years in product management with experience building end-to-end experiences, especially in products prioritizing modern UX with Enterprise-grade features.
• Experience working with sales as they move upmarket from SMB to Enterprise.
• Well-versed in product-led sales and how to use product experiences to drive new customers and overall customer satisfaction throughout the growth funnel.
• Thrives in startups with the ability to balance scrappy execution for fast results with creating frameworks and processes to scale the team.
• Ability to inspire and rally a team around a clear vision, strategy and roadmap to meet specific KPI\'s.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with all levels of the organization, from executives to ICs.
• Strong pattern recognition, with the ability to apply existing solutions to MaintainX problems without reinventing the wheel.
