We’re supporting a well-funded, early-stage SaaS company in the search for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of a high-impact product area focused on delivering Actionable Insights.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of how data is leveraged across the platform to drive smarter decision-making. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to surface internal insights, embed intelligent features into user workflows, and help define the next generation of data-driven experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Actionable Insights domain.

• Leverage internal and external data to deliver insights that inform better decision-making.

• Build product experiences that integrate intelligent insights directly into user workflows.

• Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities.

• Document and communicate ideas clearly in a written-first, asynchronous environment.

• Analyze customer feedback and product usage to inform decisions and optimize the user experience.

• Support product discovery using visual tools (e.g., sketches, wireframes) to bring ideas to life.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in SaaS or enterprise software product management.

• Strong background in data analytics, with the ability to translate complex needs into intuitive solutions.

• Familiarity with BI/reporting tools and experience writing queries or building reports.

• Demonstrated success leading product initiatives from ideation through delivery in fast moving environments.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to build trust across engineering, design, sales, and customer teams.

• Experience working cross-functionally and navigating ambiguity with a bias for action.

• Proven track record of customer-centric thinking and data-informed decision-making.

Bonus Points

• Experience in data-intensive product environments or analytics platforms.

• Familiarity with Shape Up methodology or similar product development frameworks.

• Proficiency with tools such as Basecamp, Google Workspace, Slack, or similar.

• Strong async communication and documentation skills.
