What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Portfolio Systems Analyst (PSA) on the W360 Project Delivery & Support team, you will collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to support the W360 portfolio management system, providing dedicated application support to CIBC Wood Gundy branch and head office staff. Your responsibilities include investigating complex inquiries, ensuring high-quality data in collaboration with Client Operations partners, coordinating issue resolution, and tracking issues to completion. In addition to supporting daily operations, you will assume leadership roles, prepare and maintain team documentation, provide statistical reporting, and guide team members. You will also work closely with business consultants and senior management to support application fixes and improvements, communicate changes to users, and serve as a subject matter expert during training and development sessions.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $66,090 to $85,550. The base salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, as well as geographic location and specific business needs. Our compensation philosophy supports ongoing growth and development, enabling progression within the salary range as team members advance in their roles. In addition to base pay, compensation for this role includes participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program. • Financial Acumen – You have knowledge of financial instruments such as stocks, options, fixed income, mutual funds, closed‑end funds, structured notes, and ETFs. You have working knowledge of financial concepts and calculations such as bond amortization, accrued income, projected income, yields, performance, etc.
