• A related university degree or equivalent experience and at least seven years' experience OR nine years of field operations experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills essential for building relationships.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing demands.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Maximo, and Workday.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Team-player mentality and proactive collaboration.
• Trade Certificate/Technical Diploma related to the industry preferred.
• Knowledge of welding, hoisting, and equipment preferred.
• Emergency Response training and knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and supervision for Pipeline Maintenance crews.
