What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Own the Power BI analytics ecosystem for GCX, including data modeling, optimization, and quality assurance
  • Build and manage the reporting infrastructure that powers GCX operational metrics and dashboards
  • Design, develop, and manage scalable dashboards and analytical models for GCX executives and operational teams
  • Analyze customer journey and sales performance data to deliver actionable insights
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 7+ years in Sales Operations, CS Operations, RevOps, Business Intelligence, or analytics-focused roles
  • 7+ years of experience with visualization tools, specifically Power BI
  • Expertise in data tools such as Snowflake, Salesforce, and Excel
  • Proven experience building and scaling reporting frameworks for executive stakeholders
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills to convey complex data insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in SaaS or subscription‑based businesses supporting post‑sales or global customer organizations
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, PSA tools, and customer‑health platforms
