  • Develop and apply deep knowledge of client behavior to improve digital marketing strategies and MarTech tools usage to deliver targeted, relevant offers.
  • Drive design, development, and deployment of MarTech capabilities creating custom, integrated solutions and environments that deliver personalized and relevant digital communication, offers, alerts, and advertising. Resulting increased business results through increased conversions and channel penetrations.
  • Serve as SME and strategic lead for the following MarTech tools and processes supporting digital marketing strategy and transformation across center of enterprise:
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related Salesforce Clouds
