  • Position APC as a top tourism destination by using visitor insights, travel trends, and partnerships with Travel Manitoba, Tourism Winnipeg, and other agencies to lead cooperative marketing and campaigns.
  • Oversee the development and production of all creative, ensuring strong visual brand alignment, consistent messaging, high-quality execution, and timely delivery of marketing materials including — but not limited to — digital assets, printed collateral, web and social graphics, and signage.
  • Lead digital marketing strategy and analytics covering SEO, content optimization, accessibility, user experience, and measurement of performance, ROI, conversions, and audience behaviour.
  • Use data-driven insights and research to guide creative direction, evaluate results, improve future campaign effectiveness, and report results and recommendations to senior leadership.
