POSITION: Senior Manager, Market and Business Operations
RECRUITMENT SALARY RANGE: $120,000 - $144,000*

Reporting to the Sales and Network Operations Director, you will lead national commercial functions – including Sales Planning and Incentives, Distribution and Logistics, Corporate Sales and Pre-Owned, and Network Development – for JLR Canada. You will also drive strategic oversight and data-driven cross-functional alignment with Regional Managers, Brand Management, Marketing & PR, Financial Services, and Finance to enable market agility, retailer success, and a modern luxury experience

Lead national strategy development and execution across Sales Planning & Incentives, Distribution & Logistics, Corporate Sales & Pre-Owned, and Network Development.
Drive cross-functional alignment with Regional Managers, Brand Management, Marketing & PR, Financial Services, and Finance.
Lead and oversee functional managers to ensure delivery of commercial objectives, operational excellence and innovation.
Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making, optimize performance, and improve ease of doing business for retail partners and vendors.
Support launch readiness, lifecycle planning, and demand generation strategies.
Champion retailer capability development and adoption of modern luxury standards.
Represent Canada in global and regional forums to ensure local requirements are integrated and aligned with international strategies and best practices.

*Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave).
